Seven Month Pictures!

The boys are seven months and incredibly cute!
Liam on the left and Reece on the right.

 Cell mates!

 See Liam's two front teeth?

 Liam!

Reece was super freaked out by the leaves until...

He figured out he could eat them!

Craft Time!

I've had a little bit of time for projects in the last month. The top two pictures are crafts I am in charge of at a church activity called 'Super Saturday'. It should be a lot of fun.

 Clothes pin magnets

Fabric button-- clip, hair tie, and bookmark

My little men in some fancy tie shirts! Love Liam's arms. He does this pose whenever he gets really excited. It's like his whole body gets stiff.

Saturday at Alviso

A few Saturdays ago we took a walk around the wetlands of Alviso. Ryan's Cub Scouts took a nature hike there, and he thought our babies would appreciate it, too. And throw fewer rocks.

We saw these funny little guys on the drive in, and while we were there we saw a jackrabbit, a lizard, and lots of interesting birds. Sadly, we did not see the little salt mouse that the area is known for.

Liam left and Reece right. They were pretty apathetic about being there.

Crazy pink river. Not sure why it was pink and couldn't find anything online about it...

Ryan was learning how to use my new lens. I think he is a better photographer than me, but maybe it's because he is more patient.

I love Liam's face here. He wasn't sad he just has a frowny face sometimes.

Wigwam time with Liam! I feel like this is funnier without giving any context.

Labor Day Weekend!

For Labor Day we met up with my parents, my sisters and all their cute families in Oxnard for a fun weekend at the beach. We went on walks, hung out in the spa, had some good burgers, ate Cafe Rio, drank shirley temples (a family favorite), had lots of fun family time, and went for a boat ride in the harbor.

My cute nephews Jake and Josh are great with Reece and Liam. I hope my boys grow up to be just as cute and sweet as their cousins! My parents have a total of 10 grandkids, 8 boys and 2 girls, which is a big change after having 4 girls and only 1 boy of their own.

Reece enjoyed the view from the boat. Ryan enjoyed looking like a creepster.

The boat with the most women and young children somehow was left unarmed. Our squirt gun fight with the other boat was more like a squirt gun massacre.

Here is the culprit! Karma caught up with them when their boat broke down and they had to walk back to the dock.
