A few weeks ago my husbands grandmother Beverly came and visited us in Idaho and brought all of her old sewing stuff to share with me and my very creative sister in law Maureen. My favorite thing I found in the boxes were buttons. I have been a collector of Buttons for many years but Beverly's contributions at least doubled my collection. I now have lots of sewing and art to do in order to use all these awesome and unique Buttons.
This is one of the pieces I made using my sewing machine with gold thread to decorate the Grey felt I had which I then embroidered the stems and putt button flowers on.
