Kitchen Plates

I have been collecting plates to decorate my kitchen with for the past two years. We have vaulted ceilings, which create an awkward triangle space above our cabinets that has always felt like it needed something. Even though my collection isn't complete I thought it was time to put the ones I have so far up. After looking into how much plates hooks cost and how most of them are visible I decided to improvise. Since these plates aren't worth much to anyone but me, I decided use some E6000 and a paperclip to do the job. I put felt on the back while it was still wet to make it stronger. So far it's done a good job.

This is my favorite plate. Ryan got it for me two Christmases ago. It reminds me of our house.

Mounting plates can be easy, just give it a triangle!

Very cute! That plate Ryan got you is awesome, it does look like your house. Good idea with the paperclips, that's some Murdock ingenuity!

I love plates too! I had them up in my old kitchen, but I haven't decided how to display any of them or my china here yet. Kind of doesn't feel like home without them.

Have you ever thought about including a little bit more than just your articles?
I mean, what you say is fundamental and all. But imagine if you added some great graphics or video clips to give your posts more,
"pop"! Your content is excellent but with images and clips, this blog could certainly be one of the most
beneficial in its field. Wonderful blog!
